University of Nebraska-Lincoln Independent Study High School
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Independent Study High School (ISHS) offers a full high school curriculum of more than 100 courses: core, elective and Advanced Placement®. Courses are available online and in print. Our Way Cool course management system gives students instant grading and feedback on assignments and allows online submission of assignments and exams. Courses from the ISHS are uniquely designed so students may start courses at any time and control the pace at which they learn.
The Independent Study High School is fully accredited by the Nebraska Department of Education and the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement. This accreditation means a diploma from the ISHS is recognized by colleges and universities and individual courses are transferable to other high schools nationwide.

Allied National High School
Allied
National High School is an accredited online high school located
in Laguna Hills, California. We offer a comprehensive high
school curriculum designed to meet the needs of students who are
either college bound or who may be interested in pursuing
vocational post-secondary education. Students work at their own
pace and are supported by highly qualified instructors and staff
in an online environment. Open enrollment allows for flexibility
in scheduling and students may enroll anytime throughout the
year.
ANHS is accredited regionally by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), trans-regionally by the Commission on International and Trans-regional Accreditation, (CITA), and nationally by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council, (DETC). Additionally, our core courses are approved by the NCAA.

Bloomington Public Schools
Education counselors may be interested in knowing that Bloomington Public Schools in Bloomington, Minnesota offers the courses leading to a high school diploma through a program called Mindquest. Mindquest counselors develop individualized learning plans for each student. Previous high school credits and other prior learning experiences can be applied toward graduation. Students actively participate in courses via the Internet and communicate through the Mindquest Bulletin Board or private Email with other students, advisors, counselors, or teachers.
DANTES does not plan to list these programs in any of its catalogs for tuition assistance purposes. We feel military participation would be very low, but we believe the option may be of greater interest to family members.

CompuHigh World's First Online High School
CompuHigh offers two high school diploma programs to prepare students for either a two-year or a four-year college program after high school. We also offer individual credit recovery for students needing individual credits.
CompuHigh/Whitmore School is accredited by CITA (Commission on International and Trans-regional Accreditation), NCA-CASI (North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement), and SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools).
All coursework is completed online at your own pace and time until mastery is achieved in a lesson. With the support of our one-to-one teacher interaction you will succeed with your learning as long as you persevere. If you move, your schooling will move with you.

E-teachers and the Virtual School guidance counselor are available year round to help pick the courses that are right for you and your post graduation goals. We also have a Course Suggestion List with recommended classes to begin with. Receive a well-rounded online high school education!
