Welcome to the TTT Online Registration Process!


IMPORTANT: If you do not have e-mail capability, you cannot register online.

Click HERE to view and print the TTT Program Eligibility and Supporting Documents Requirements.
(Documents required must be received before Registration can be completed.)

You will need the following documents/information before proceeding, if applicable:

  • If separated/retired - DD214 or NGB 22

  • Teacher certification/licensure program information

  • Teacher certification/licenses

  • First full-time teaching employment information

Below are the steps to complete to submit your TTT online registration:

Once you have submitted your registration you cannot go back into your TTT account. You must contact our Records department to review or change information in your record. E-mail tttrecord@navy.mil or phone 1-800-231-6242 ext. 3148 or 3184.

NOTE: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to submit your application. Your information will be saved as you complete each step; however, your information will not be submitted to TTT for review until completion of Step 4.

  1. Create a username and password

  2. Login using your new username and password

  3. Provide the following information:

    • eligibility code - click HERE to review categories

    • survey

    • personal and contact information

    • military service information

    • teaching and educational background information

    • teaching referral preferences

  4. Review/validate the information you entered and authorize the release of personal information

    Note: Your registration will not be submitted to TTT unless you accept the terms outlined in the "Registration Validation/Release of Information Agreement" Web page.

  5. Submit copies of supporting documentation to TTT
