REIMBURSEMENT FOR ARMY NATIONAL GUARD (ARNG) PERSONNEL TESTING ON DANTES-SPONSORED CERTIFICATION EXAMS |

The Army National Guard Bureau entered into an agreement with DANTES to provide reimbursement to ARNG candidates who take professional certification exams related to their Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). The ARNG Bureau provides funding through a Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR). DANTES will track and process each reimbursement. Please furnish the Procedures for DANTES--Army National Guard Reimbursement for Professional Certification Examinations to each ARNG candidate interested in taking a professional certification examinations. It provides instructions on the proper procedure for reimbursement to occur. The six-step procedure begins with the candidate's inquiry and concludes with mailing required reimbursement documents to DANTES. Candidates must complete the DANTES Funded Certification Examination Form for Service Members (DANTES Stock No. 1147 to be use, only by AFR & ARNG), ensure they obtain a signature from the Test Control Officer (TCO), and send the form along with a copy of the actual official score report from the professional association to DANTES, Code 20F, for reimbursement.
