  The DANTES Exams Management Information System (EMIS) is designed to allow secure access to the following Exams Program applications/systems:
  1. The Web-based DANTES Automated Test Inventory Program (DATIP) is the replacement application for the current CD-ROM version of DATIP. The advantages of the web-based application are:
    • An automated email notification process
    • Electronic submission of inventory reports to the testing agencies
    • More timely electronic reconciliation of test inventories by the testing agencies
    • There is no software installation
    • Test inventory data is backed-up on the DANTES server
    • Technical support is provided by DANTES.

  2. An on-line version of the DANTES Document Receipt Form (DANTES Form 1560/14) is currently available to DANTES TCOs and ATCOs. The TCO or ATCO can complete this form on-line; two copies are printed (one for inclusion in the test package sent to the testing agency and one copy for the test center files). Once the web-based DANTES Automated Test Inventory Program (DATIP) is deployed, DANTES TCOs will be able to establish a user name and password for their examiners. Examiners will then be able to complete the Document Receipt Form for signature by the TCO or ATCO.

  3. An on-line version of the DANTES Examination Program Handbook (DEPH) allows users to view, search and download this publication.

  4. The Secure Test Center Lookup allows designated users to search and view specific DANTES Test Center information to include testing personnel names, e-mail addresses and test center addresses.

  5. Test Volume/Pass Rate and Participants Reports are available for both DANTES Test Centers and National Test Centers operating on-base under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Test Volume/Pass Rate and Participants Reports for DANTES Test Centers provides Service Headquarters, Major Commands, and DANTES Test Centers statistical reports relating to their respective DANTES-funded testing activity. Test Volume/Pass Rate and Participants Reports provide Service Headquarters and Major Commands statistical reports relating to their respective installations having an MOU with an on-base national test center. DANTES TCOs can not access these report as test volumes and pass rates are provided under the terms of the MOU.

  6. The CLEP Sample Tests Download allows DANTES TCOs and ATCOs (with ordering authority) to view and/or download CLEP Sample Test files.

  7. The Score Reporting System (SRS) allows designated users from the following military Service transcript and counseling system, to receive official DANTES-funded military score report data:

    • Army/American Council on Education Registry Transcript System (AARTS)
    • Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS)
    • Coast Guard Institute
    • Community College of the Air Force (CCAF)
    • Naval Education and Training Professional Development and Technology Center (NETPDTC) & Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript (SMART)

TEST SCORES ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO EXAMINEES OR DANTES TEST CONTROL OFFICER!

INDIVIDUAL SERVICE MEMBER SCORES RESULTS ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE BY EITHER THE DANTES EXAMINATION PROGRAM STAFF NOR BY THE SERVICE MEMBER THROUGH THE DANTES SCORE REPORTING SYSTEM.

FOR TEST SCORE INFORMATION, SERVICE MEMBERS SHOULD CONTACT THEIR DANTES TEST CONTROL OFFICER OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SERVICE TRANSCRIPT OR COUNSELING SYSTEM.
